Helios B. is a producer and the founder of Trans+ on Screen a network for trans and non-binary professionals working in Film & TV. Trans+ On Screen operate as a business model which challenges industry norms and distances itself from agency fees and tokenistic hires, in favour of a model based on care and empowerment. Their work experience covers pre-production to distribution; and they are currently building their own slate across all genre.
