Emma heads up communications for BBC Films, which she joined in October 2018 in a newly created role leading press and marketing and with responsibility for overall brand strategy. She’s so far clocked up nearly 15 years in senior roles across the British independent film sector and has been lucky enough to work with a lot of brilliant people along the way.
Before BBC Films she was Deputy Head of Press and PR at the BFI, leading both industry and consumer campaigns across all areas of BFI activity. She started her career at Nottingham-based Regional Screen Agency, EM Media where she was PR and Marketing Executive.
