Emily is a Producer for Bird Flight Films with Lizzie Brown and together they were awarded a BFI Vision Award in 2020 for their slate of film, tv, documentary and emerging media. Their feature film Carmilla (starring Jessica Raine, Tobias Menzies & Greg Wise) was released internationally in 2020 following a worldwide festival run. They were UK Field Producers on Frank Marshall’s upcoming HBO/Universal Bee Gees documentary How Do You Mend a Broken Heart? Prior to Bird Flight, Emily worked for Fred Films as Production Executive and Associate Producer. Credits include Come Away, Fisherman’s Friends, Finding Your Feet, Crooked House, Breathe, Patrick, The Colony and 3 seasons of Dark Matter for SyFy and Netflix. Emily’s freelance production credits include Ron Howard’s Pavarotti and Beatles documentaries, Anthropoid and The Man Who Knew Infinity. Whilst at Ealing Studios, Emily’s credits include: Kids in Love, Nina and Jack Black’s The D-Train. Emily mentors for the Creative Mentor Network: Open House and was a judge and official mentor on the Bumble Female Film Force scheme. Emily read Modern History at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford.
