The Nomination Committee advises and makes recommendations about rules, categories and voting processes, and oversees their implementation through the eligibility and voting process. The Committee has final say on rules, eligibility, and long lists (based on the voting results). Additionally they are responsible for appointing the year’s jury chairs and selecting (along with the Harris family) the recipient of the Richard Harris Award.
